RUNAWAY RASPBERRY MYLKSHAKE

This is a beautiful, refreshing and delicious chilled drink to enjoy on weekends and afternoons.

Ingredients

SERVES 2

Mylkshake

2 frozen bananas
3/4 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup concentrated brewed Runaway Tea, chilled in the fridge
1 cup frozen raspberries
2 teaspoons maple syrup

Raspberry Runaway syrup

1 cup frozen raspberries
3 tablespoons artisan maple
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon Runaway Tea

Method

1. To make the syrup, bring the water to a boil then brew the Runaway tea using your preferred method. After three minutes, strain the tea then add to a saucepan.
2. In a blender, blend the raspberries and maple syrup, then add this to the saucepan. Heat over a low heat and stir to combine. Let it simmer for about 10 to 15 minutes or until it begins to thicken and reduce. Remove from the saucepan and place in the fridge.
3. To make the Mylkshake, add the banana, coconut milk, brewed Runaway, raspberries and maple syrup, and blend until smooth.
4. Drizzle the chilled syrup around the sides of two glasses then pour in the Mylkshake and enjoy.
