Turmeric + Ginger Latte
This delicious and nourishing plant-based latte is the perfect warming drink for cooler months. The secret to this recipe is to peel your fresh turmeric and ginger roots and then finely grate. Wear food safety gloves or you’ll have a lovely golden glow to your skin.
1 tsp peeled and finely chopped fresh turmeric
1 tsp peeled and roughly chopped ginger
1 Tbsp coconut sugar
2 tsp coconut oil
1 pinch sea salt
1 cup almond or coconut milk
1. Combine turmeric, ginger, coconut sugar, coconut oil, and sea salt in a blender.
2. Heat almond or coconut milk in small saucepan over medium heat until just simmering.
3. Pour the hot almond or coconut milk into the blender and blitz until smooth and frothy. Pour into a glass and garnish with organic bee pollen.
