Ostfriesen Tea (from the East Frisian region of Germany) has a rich history dating back to when tea first came to Germany. This invigorating blend was enjoyed by the wealthy and consumed from the finest porcelain. The aroma transports us to fresh green pastures of East Frisia, with a spicy nod to its Indian origins.

HOW TO INFUSE
Ostfriesen Tea has a special preparation ritual - first, rock sugar is added to the cup, then the tea is poured to half way and last, cream is added at the side of the cup to form a white cloud in the centre. This tea is not stirred, so the drinker experiences the bitter tea, milky softness and sweetness throughout the drinking experience.
SERVE - Straight with organic rock sugar and a dash of cream. MEASURE - 1 teaspoon per cup BREWING TEMPERATURE - 100°C
