Enjoy New Zealand summer's bounty straight from the garden. This light and healthy summer broth uses our Beauty Tea with fresh ginger as the vegan stock.
1 Tsp S+I Beauty tea
2 Cups boiling water
Seasonal herbs (Nettle, Kawakawa, Lemon balm, Fresh ginger)
Seasonal greens (Broad Beans, NZ Spinach, Nasturtium, Broad bean shoots)
Place all your greens and herbs in your serving bowl and set aside.
Make a pot of S+I Beauty tea, I added extra grated ginger.
Strain the tea over the bowl of greens and place a plate on top to trap in the volatile oils and cook the greens.
Leave for 4 minutes, enjoy.
